Ryen is a 31 year old stylist, designer, and artist living and working in New York. She has previously lived and worked in Los Angeles and Portland, OR. Ryen was born in California and raised in Oregon, and considers both her home. She's studied everything from music and theater to animal rights and environmentalism before realizing her in fate in art and fashion. Two years into a Wildlife Biology degree, she changed majors to Art, ending with a Fine Arts degree in Printmaking/Mixed media, with an independent emphasis on Apparel Design. It was her interest in fashion outside of her schooling which finally led her to fashion styling which she now pursues fulltime. (One thing leads to another right?)

Outside of her work, she enjoys the desert, good quality tea, fashion editorial, dancing, crystals, the viola, new age philosophy, queers, succulents, kid science museums, real talk, nostalgia, beautiful nightlife, animals, and raw food.
